You know, 16.10 may be some very minor update with usual bugfixes and some new color palette or something like that. As for why it's .10, Redtext explained the last time that they had a .10 that even though 16.10 is numerically equivalent to 16.1, it's preferable to getting into hexadecimal. Well it probably won't be released after PT, considering the description for PT was Meg and Reb playing with the new Rhino. So we can most likely expect it soon.
