Stratego89
Wait until after official release for a while once they've gotten the bugs squashed... or you'll probably regret it.
Letter13
I'd say go for it. Windows 10 preview had a ton of users, it was a public beta after all that got a lot of publicity. So it will be rather polished on release.

Kthal
Windows 8/8.1 -> Windows 10 = Go for it, it can't be worse. Windows 7 -> Windows 10 = ...It works as is, may as well wait for stability updates.
Kostadin
the free upgrade lasts for 1 year wait 4-5 months or start looking for negative reviews after launch and gather info then decide it's not good for your health to wander for "pre-order"
Kasumi-
It's almost fully complete, we're only getting new builds with a few bug fixes at this point. The release in on the 29th, so it's soon. I'd get it.
BrazilianJoe
There are two camps: The naysayers/fearmongers saying 'don't do it!' with no actual hands-on experience with W10. And us, brave warriors which are getting our feets wet and saying: It actually works, is stable, little to nothing bad to say about it. Go for it! If you need your system for work purposes, do proper risk assessment before you plunge into this though. But it's been a stable ride. My Photoshop and Lightroom are sailing smoothly.
