ChatNinja
That isn't uncommon when dubbing something in a completely different language.

Gen.KiTeer
i think they sound pretty similar, and they actually did a pretty good job at dubbing.
PsychedelicSnake
Their ordis > our ordis. Dub Spike Spiegel > Original Spike Spiegel Speaking of which, we NEED Steve Blum to do voice work for Warframe. Brynslustafir
Well, Chinese is about as dissimilar from English as you can get. You should expect it to feel weird.
Senketsu_
Not to sound mean. But the Chinese language is a bit weird to hear. Alot of words mean different things with different tones in which they are said. So they sound like huge run on sentences. Megakruemel
Well i prefer original voices in almost everything i watch/listen to. I am pretty good in english so i mostly watch tv shows in english even though i am german myself. And if it comes to animes, well i prefer subs over dubs. Original voices most likely have the most work put into them. EDIT: except in old works, where quality voices still meant something. Brynslustafir
Don't forget about the Cowboy Bebop dubs> original VA I figured snake already had that covered when he said that Spike was better in the dub, but sure.
