Aggh
The nerf to projectile speed mods was bad enough before the addition of people twisting through the air and doing back flips all game long. Trying to lead shots on bows/miter/etc. etc. is ridiculous now and ranged shots with projectiles are even more pointless than ever. The charge mechanics on bows is enough of a disadvantage as it is without having to trying to lead on targets like we have now. A general buff to projectile speed (with some obvious exceptions boltor) is needed imo. The accuracy nerf on projectile speed mods also needs a look at too. NobleParadox96
You have projectile speed mods to help with that Edit:Terminal velocity(Rifles), Lethal Momentum(Pistols) and Fatal Acceleration(Shotguns) are your projectile speed mods Edited August 3, 2015 by NobleParadox96
Rexlars
Since when was there a nerf on projectile speed? Everything feels the same to me.

Naftal
I haven't played a lot of conclave after U17 yet and only used daikyu but I don't think it needed any boost to projectile speed.

Daikyu has the fastest projectile speed of all the bows. And it got a major mobility buff compared to pre u17 because it can hold a charge while bullet jumping. It's still outclassed by any decent hit scan weapon if everyone in the room is bouncing around like pinballs. taiiat
homogonizing Weapons defeats the purpose of having different Weapons. Weapons with travel time generally compensate with more Damage or more (useful things). but making Projectile Weapons closer to RayTrace defeats the purpose. at that point, you might as well give everyone one Shotgun, one Assault Rifle, one Sniper Rifle, and one Pistol and no other choices. You're implying that an increase in projectile speed would have to be as fast as hit scan. Even before the nerf to the viability of projectile speed mods that was nowhere near the case. TaylorsContraction
I don't know if projectile speeds were nerfed, but my seer has pretty fast projectiles. Planning to try twin gremlins at some points too.
