He giggles once more, before going on to another thread. In all seriousness, though- Exalted Wave, also known as Exalted Blade, SUCKS. It's #WaveToWin. And for an easy-to-get frame(When you start, at least), it's too good. At least be like Valkyr's new Hysteria- rely on Wep mods, and not so much on the DMG of the weapon itself, when using the Ult.
