Farming Argon: T4 Better Than T1?

When you farm for argon, do you know whether drop rates are increased at higher tier missions?

Idk if that's how it actually is, but I feel as though I get more from higher tier void missions.

Droprates do not scale with difficulty.

 

Amount of enemies might, but then is offset by how much harder they are to kill.

Something related though: i had my best results doing T2 survival 20min solo runs with a Speed Nova, Carrier and Synmulor. It might be confirmation bias but i did it for the last few Argon-related items (Potent Pherliac, Ninkondi iirc, Landing Craft Segment) and it usually nets me 3-5 crystals per run.

However in endless T4 Vor will show up at some point and he almost always drops one so if you only need one or two crystals, T4 endless missions are the most reliable.

It's the same for all Tiers except T4 has corrupted vorr who has a chance of dropping argon crystal or orokin cells...so people generally go for T4 for that reason

I found more more argon from T4S lockers and containers. You can easily get 4 or 5 winthin 5 to 10 minutes into the mission.

No, But having Resource Booster on, does change the amount that you get from farming!

I think I've read somewhere that high-level enemies do have better loot, generally speaking. However, even if it is true it's not a noticeable difference. Just go into a mission with lots of killing and good prime parts and hope for the best.

As far as I can tell Higher level mobs do not have better drop chances.

 

The Double Resource Drop Chance does help, the double resouce pick up definitely helps. 

 

My record was 12 Argons in 1 T1 Exterminate (6x2 from double resource pick up).  But a lot of that is from breaking containers and not mobs.

Going on a higher tier is both better for loot and worse
Better: more enemies=more loot drops

Worse: Harder enemies=increased risk of failing and getting nothing

It all depends on whether or not you want to take on harder enemies to get your loot

Vor spawns on T4 and has a good chance to drop it, so that's at least 1 per run.
