While I would like something like that, to increment my "Hayden Tenno" set, it's just a plain ol' regular pistol, I'm not sure it would make a very compelling skin, especially for such an occasion as the Anniversary. It may look like a plain ol' regular pistol, but if all the parts move, ejects a casing each shot, drops a magazine on reload, and tac light turns on in dark missions...
