While this thread doesn't really have much attention, i'm really surprised that people do support the game up to this point where cosplays are being made. And for that, a well-deserved round of applause should be given.

Hi everyone! I finally had time to create your own topic on the forum.

Warframe really inspires me. So I have a lot of creative ideas.

The most significant and massive for me - Mirage cosplay. Here i want to thank Nikout for model Mirage, Sergei for model helmet and armor, Deall for help with crafting and of course my mother for help and sufferance!

Because of all this creative stuff, I play the game a little. But... I need to practice English =Р

By the way, if you want to make cosplay and live in Russia (best in Moscow or MO), you can become a member of our cosplay-team. Also, I'll be glad to help every advice about the craft, if I can of course.

1) Soooo... Mirage cosplay make for Igromir (GameWorld) and Comic Con Russia. 5 months non stop, ~100$ and 1 nigth no sleep. 

Material: paper (Pepakura program), eva-foam, print on fabric, acryl

First I opened the paper and collected helmet

Suit is print on fabric. Thanks Dagnie for the idea with her Saryn cosplay

To make the details of the paper strong, they are covered with epoxy and epoxy with cheesecloth

For the knees are made of the first part and then pepakura cut from foam

 

There parts are primed and ready for painting

Mainly for Velcro fasteners used, as well as buttons and magnets. I had to tinker, to be able to walk normally with such knee

To make a shadow on the details, I used dry pastels

So I do medallions with sigils of plastic :3

 

 

 

And... sometimes I draw =)

Duuude. Someone needs to give DE a link of this cosplay. They love seeing Fan creations and the such, so I know they'd love this. o.o Dangit, this is awesome!

 

Now how do we get DE eyes on this.. Pms? hm. Actually that might work. Rebecca checks her PMs often I think.
