The Lotus can use this as long as the body is intact, witht he warframes making dismembering a Tenno very difficult. With kubrow it simply clones your kubrow whenever it dies. All effort made to breed one (Egg, Power Incubator, 3 days or something of waiting) and forma and reactor would be lost, and no one would use one if so (they would be useless and die pretty soon in high level missions or a tough situation). Being able to revive them in a mission is one of the few reasons i would want to use one instead of a Sentinel, as you also need to rebuild their dna with the Synthetizers periodically.
