If you did buy the Founders package and did not receive it, contact support here : https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/ Edit : Looking at your join date, its extremely unlikely that you bought a Founder package, more likely a Prime Access. So i assume you may have an another account or just trying to get stuff you dont have or you have confused it with prime access, either way ask support about that, the forums cant do anything about it. Why did you wait 2, almost 3, years to mention that you weren't given founders if you did buy it? Also Prime Access and Prime Vault purchases do NOT contribute towards founder pack value. The only way to get founders was to purchase the appropriate pack back before November 2013 when DE removed the ability to purchase them. DE has ways of checking if you are telling the truth, you won't be able to lie and obtain founders if you are not meant to have it. If you truly have not received your founders pack privileges and did buy the pack back in 2012/2013 then please contact DE's support team at: http://support.warframe.com/ Locking as this is a matter for support.
