Dtexas Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 Melee channel charges your melee weapon with extra damage when using its energy abilities. TunaMayo Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 I have melee channel, got it in T2 void. Maxed you can store 200% of energy as up to 200 damage in your melee weapon. Not particularly effective against hordes. Good for duel arena (very good) Good on saryn (150 extra damage on first contagion swing) Good on caster/melee frame to take out low level heavies (ember - overheat + wof then smash the nearest heavy with hard hitting charge weapon for instagib) The damage stacks on normal swings also, could be good on spammable power frames (ash/excal) havent tested yet. Havent tested enough to know if works on jump melee. Makes your weapon glow nicely. Situational at best, probably good for: Duelling Bosses Low base damage weapons Spammable frames Saryn This is what I have discovered tinkering with the mod. Havent seen master thief though....
