0 Kalvorax Posted February 5, 2016 Share Posted February 5, 2016 (edited) from what it sounds like, we will be converting duplicate and excess mods into fusion cores directly, then using ONLY those to increase mod power...they didnt really say much about polarity being a part of it. Who said they would be max rank? also I am pretty sure they said the fusion cores would be the same rarity as the mod you converted....
