I've become a lazy Trinity since getting full on Zenurik powers, but I try to keep an eye on the players' white bar and make sure a few EVs go out when they hit around 50%. This pre-supposes some efficiency and not too profligate use of powers, but I'm there for support, not to play your game for you or enable bad behavior. That's for PuGs, of course.
