Interesting Fact About 1-5 Star Specters.

I was doing sortie defense. Stage 3. Our forth guy either bailed or crashed. Okay 3 of us. Saryn, Rhino and my Zephyr. Forgot to switch to tonkor, had prisma gorgon, ick. So our damage was low. Round 5 was a mess, then the Rhino dropped a Lancer specter. Ah! I forgot, been a long time since I used mine.

1 star Specter

 

Heh, started doing better with the small army. Shield drone went first. Lancer next. Ancient wandered off. (I hate that)

 

Crap! Defend Npc downed again! Started to move, my 1 star specter rushed over and started rezzing....

 

!!!!  I was still moving, I wasn't far away. Npc was up and ready in half the time it would have taken me.

 

Since I was using turbulence to protect the npc and Clem and the specter didn't wander off. We made it to the end, just having to rez each other.

 

Round 3 our Saryn had host migration and couldn't come back in.

 

Yet, we still made it.

you can command everyone to "hold position"
or
"follow" (which makes them do their own thing within like 50M of you.)

yeap "Hold Position" doesnt really work most of the time, btw what was the fact? that specters can rez hostages? because they can rez other specters so i guess hostage enter in the same gray area

Was not aware specters could res the hostage. Nice tip.

Specters as a whole are incredible for sorties simply because at those levels, their stats are somewhere in orbit, and most enemies aren't going to come with the damage output to bring them down anytime soon.  Only an army of eximus could really put down an army of eximus.
