Spiral_Ore
So, new mummy frame added. It has a really large health pool, but no shield. Decaying dragon key reduce your shield by 75%. Correct me if i am wrong but here is the math= 0 * 75/100 = 0 shield penalty. In all seriousness, is there really no penalty when you equip decaying dragon key on this frame? It seems to... OP..... 1 (PSN)H3x3wahn
Sure, but don't use Bleeding though...
0 IceColdHawk
It's the weakest dragon key anyway. And yes it has no drawbacks on inaros. But it doesn't make it op. It maybe sounds op for you, but it isn't. Edited March 7, 2016 by IceColdHawk
0 Autongnosis
Not really that much change compared to the older version of Valkyr with Decaying key tbh. Also, generally Dragon Keys' debuffs are mostly insignificant save for the Hobbled which is annoying more than anything.
0 AdunSaveMe
You mean just like it's completely ineffective on a bunch of other frames?
0 NinjaZeku
Bleeding is inconsequential for a Rhino / Nezha who keeps up Iron Skin / Warding Halo. Extinguished's debuff can be overcome quite easily. Hobbled is largely negated by Parkour 2.0, also e.g. Speed / Fire Walker. Inaros already has the innate drawback of having no Shields (and much less Armor than Valkyr), so it's perfectly fine IMO. Ah, I just mean, if your offense is normally overkill for Infested at that level, the damage reduction from Extinguished shouldn't be enough to truly cripple you. If you're doing a crapload of damage, -75% still leaves 25% of a crapload, which is less of a crapload, but a crapload nonetheless. It's also ignored completely by using utility powers.
