Take a big frame and some big guns, stick it out to 35-40 minutes (that was solo, takes less with Multiplayer spawns) and you'll be done in 1 run. Just check, which reward table is more interesting to you (you can even add defense missions to the list) and start farming stuff, while you farm seekers. Their spawns are a little weird (at least for me), since they only really kicked up after 20-25 minutes (where I'd get literal waves of them, 3-6 at once), and beforehand it's 2 at most. Also on Cassini when I tried it. I've no idea if it's the most optimum or whatever, but it felt faster just burning it all in one long survival than repeating MDs or Exterminates.
