Hi,

So I have been 1 year and a few months without accessing my account, today I started warframe and found that my account has been reset. All my info says that my account is old and I know i had a couple of warframes and I was playing in some advance levels but now I have to start from the beginning. I already mde a ticket but since they take quite some time to respond I'm asking you guys if you know what could have happen ?

You need to complete all the missipns in the tutorial quest to unlock your  existing gear again.

Zilchy is right. Complete the tutorial, when you defeat vor, you'll have full access to all your stuff.

So I already killed Vors and even did the rank exam for lvl 1 and I haven't got my old gear back. Am I doing something wrong ?
