To rank up you will need to sacrifice an increasing amount of goats. the first reward is the Demon goat spectre which breaths fire dealing 666 damage 666 times per second with a range of 666 meters. To gain reputation with Cthulu you must use a scanner that fires tentacles which will absorb the target into a puddle of their own diarrhoea. For the syndanna you gain a demons tail and horns that become more ornate as you sacrifice more oberon heads and when you channel, instead of energy you will have streams of blood.
