When does Hive Sabotage start showing up?

Need to farm a Shell Shock. Been trying to buy one for about 10p (same as other status elemental mods), nobody is selling, so I want to get to a Hive Sabotage ASAP to farm it myself. 

When does one so up? My furthest planet right now is Uranus, and I've been STARVED for Neurodes so I can't make the Odonata I need to start doing its missions and go any further.

You need to go to Eris, the final planet. 
Farm neurodes in the derelict for now.

infested sabotage (hive) is on eris and nowhere else. eris nav coordinates are obtained from tyl regor, so you're close. Arguably.

Eris is the only planet that features Hive Sabotage missions.

Should I NOT have gotten one from doing TWO rounds of 40m Hive Survival on Eris? Are they really that rare?

If you can access Eris, then why aren't you doing the hive missions? I'm confused.

I got Taxi'd. I can't do them by myself yet because I can't clear Uranus until I get an Odonata, and I can't do that until I get another Neurode. It's sort of a Catch 22.

Ah, I see. If you have all the Earth nodes cleared, supposedly they drop on Tikal frequently. If you're on now, we could try some of it.

Gonna need to get that Odonata before Baros shows up though, to get enough Mastery for MR8.

Anyway, if you want neurodes, take a farming warframe to the moon and kill sentients.

he can't do that yet because he hasn't gotten that far. He still needs to make his first AW.

Lol 10p? You'll have to increase your offer if you want to buy one, it's pretty rare, drop rate on hive sabotage is about 5% And you have to find all 3 sabotage caches for a chance at it and they're annoying to find on hive missions. Mods are worth their rarity not just the same amount as similar elemental status mods that are easier to obtain. You're more likely to do about 20 hive missions before you see Shell Shock.

Allow me to disagree, the only reason they could be more expensive is due to relatively low drop rate from the 3rd cache.

Now about finding caches, it's really easy to be honest. You're not used to it enough I guess (or I probably run them 2 much).

the drop rate is 4.15% that's low enough to make it worth more than 10p. I can find the caches but it still takes a few minutes to check each spot in Hive Sabotage, too many multi levels in there.
