0 Dreddeth Posted June 19, 2016 Share Posted June 19, 2016 Considering that channeling is a multiplicative boost rather than a flat additive boost, and considering that every other multiplicative boost to damage stacks (except mods like Buzzkill, which explicitly only modify a specific damage type), it can be inferred that they stack. So I'm gonna go with what @taiiat said as being (mostly) accurate.
