Built Formas and Forma blueprints are both listed in the same place, Inventory->Misc. They're right next to each other, because alphabetical ordering. Same problem. Its there, I am allowed to build it, but it never shows how much forma BPs i have. Only the number of completely constructed Formas. If you're referring to the screenshots posted above, the '2 owned' only refers to how you have built, not the amount of blueprints you have in your inventory. Go and actually look at your own inventory in game. The number shown only refers how you have built and not the actual number of blue prints you've obtained from runs. I think what happened was I somehow miraculously always kept my forma bp supply at 1 and start building everytime the last is done.
