Everyone prefers different things. I like to run mid to long survivals, but Void gets already tiring after 5min for me.

I will never understand why people say the Void is good for exp when the bulk of enemies that spawn there (the crewmen and lancers) only award ~80 affinity.

Same with the Derelict.

As for whether the Void is good anymore, it's kinda just been put to the same level as every other planet. It's only as good as the others now (which, really and truly, also aren't that great either).

It has a rare resource (just like every other planet).

It has a cool tileset (just like some other planets though the Void is arguably the coolest).

As someone said about scanning things and certain void exclusives, the same can be said for other planets (but not to the same level of exclusivity).

Relics. Well, those aren't any easier to farm, are they? It's still an annoying grind on either monotonous defence missions (wave 15 only), incredibly long survival missions (every 15 out of 20 minutes only), Spy Missions (though there aren't any in the Void) still have cluttered drop tables, everything still has cluttered drop tables.

If not, then it's still not good.
