[Total Noob Question] How to change profile pic Sept 2016

Hi everyone, I just started playing 2 weeks ago and wonder how I can change my profile pic both in-game and in this forum? It seems there are no way to change the default lotus avatar. 

Do I have to attain certain mastery rank in order to do that? lol... I am not only at MR4.

While in game:

Esc > Profiles > Glyph. 

This is where you pick what your Glyph is and which is also what determines your profile icon.

Yeah its in game and liked to glyph now ^.^ as Haldos said. You cannot change it here ^.^

Note that it may not immediately take effect in the forums.  In my experience it takes a very long time for me to see an in-game icon/glyph change appear here.

Wow no wonder I cannot find the option to change it. It's from the glyph section! Haha thanks everyone! I'll go put an avatar now :)
