AngryBAsian
Isn't Chroma's element suppose to change according to its color? I went white and my chroma kept using fire chroma effects...
0 V45H
white is in essence a version of red as far as the pallets are concerned try a really light blue instead if your going for ice
0 Airwolfen
Energy color changes the element yeah. You sure the white is not yellow-ish? Edited September 14, 2016 by Airwolfen
0 NeithanDiniem
and just to clarify, its his energy color that needs to be changed to alter his element.

0 TrickshotMcGee
As others have said, only Chroma's energy color determines his element. Sometimes the energy colors might not make sense (like the Ice palette being mostly Electric), but you just have to experiment and see which ones look better and which match up with an element you want. (My Chroma has gold energy, so Effigy looks like some angelic beast :p Also, I should note that a Fire Chroma tends to be easier to play, as Elemental Ward allows him to regain lost health, as well as boost his total amount of health. This also makes charging his Vex armor's 'Fury' buff a bit safer because it adds a good amount of extra health to cushion the damage you take. It's personal preference, of course, but always a rather safe play. If I can do the math correctly, I believe Fire Chroma also adds more EHP than an Ice Chroma does, assuming you've got the proper build for it. Means he's theoretically more tanky.
