im a little confused in your wording here...

 

only grab one from your foundry, leave the other one there (in your foundry. dont touch it!) and sent a ticket to support and ask that they reverse the other Odanata prime piece and you'll get your mats back

You want to get rid of one? Well, I think you have two options:

1) You can sell it for credits from the Inventory menu (I guess it's Options-> Equipment-> Inventory on PS4)

2) You can sell it for 15 Ducats at the Relays. Then those Ducats can be used to purchase goods from Baro.

I'd also say you can sell it if built? But I'm not sure on that.

Craft your archwing first after that you can go to baro little stand and sell the other part for ducats ^.^ sadly it wont worth more i think.

This way you wont be selling both of them by mistake ^.^

You can also just sell it for ducats I believe. Most of the Prime parts can be sold for ducats both in blueprint and crafted state. I'm not entirely sure about Odonata Prime Harness in particular, but I've sold built frame parts before. Sometimes they even have a higher price than BPs.
