Ayatan amber star-Rarer drop,wrong method or just Rngesus?

I have been farming ayatan stars for quite some time now.However,there is just one problem:I am getting way too much cyan stars and way too little amber stars.In fact, I have about 12 cyan stars and 0 amber stars as of now....

I got all my cyan stars from containers and lockers, are amber stars dropped differently?

If not, am I doing something wrong?

Cyan stars have a higher drop rate than the Amber stars.

I have ~210 Cyan and only ~60 Amber.

It's all RNG, they both drop from containers and lockers.

P.S. The person above is right, they do have a lower drop chance.

All is RNG but if you loot on "regular" missions you have higher chance to find. Extermination maps on mercury, Saturn where have grineer tiles is much likely contain enough ayatan star and probably you can find there sculptures also. Long map grant more chances.

Cyan are supposed to be more common. That's why you need more Cyan than Amber to max out the 5 currently available statues.

That said, between 2 consecutive void sabotage missions I found 3 Amber stars and 0 Cyan, so the RNG is still just as funky as ever.

RNG but mine seems to be about 1 amber for every 2 or 3 cyan drops which is fine considering the ratio needed on sculptures
