Second Dream - Purple pickups?

So i was replaying the Second dream and in last mission i noticed these purple drops from Sentients.

When i pas over them the pick up sound was played and they disapeared..but nothing happend.

Anyone know what is it?

they restore health and shields and energy

I belive it's the sentients oro like the conclave, but it doesn't do anything atm.

Sentients can pick that up and heal. So you better pick it before they do.

It also gives ammo everytime I pick it.....Not really.  Just checked wiki.   It restores hp, shields and energy to max.

Ammo drop was prolly near it so i thought it gives ammo.

yeah it's sentient power core and btw if it's not picked up im time it may explode and deal some damage to you

It is called Oro.

It replenishes your missing energy and health.

It drops from the sentient fragments after you kill them.

If you don't pick the Oro up then it detonates and deals damage to your frame.
