FoxFX
Tenno, Your bond to Transference strengthens each day, but now it is time to remember a new form of power. Do you recall the time the Stalker held you in its hands, or your Warframe pierced by Hunhow's sword? Was it you who commanded your Warframe to break the weapon? Much like the Specters that guard the Solar Rails, the metal husks you command once were controlled by another. The armor can remember the touch of its masters; your Warframe can contain a memory of its past. Through the power of the Void, you were able to recollect the memories sealed from your mind. What if I were to tell you that it is possible to perceive the past of your Warframes with that very power? You can. This method to read your Warframe's past, this "Memory Tracing," was a technique mastered by the best of the Tenno to demand full control of their Warframes, to prevent incidents like a 'Specter' from going out of control, but to also unlock the hidden powers of the Warframe. Use the power of Memory Trace to grant true mastery of your Warframe, and to remember the past you once lost in the dream. -Teshin INTRODUCTION This was a past idea I never got to finish up and was suppose to be a response long ago for the lack of Warframe passives. However, I returned to this to see if I could reintroduce this idea and correlate it to the new Operator Mode. The core idea behind this mission is simple: the Operator being able to use their Void powers to tap into the residual memories and recollection of a specific Warframe unlocking a special quest. The core concept of this is a term called Psychometry: An ability where the user obtains historical memories in a somewhat supernatural psychic manner. With objects they gain the knowledge including the makers, users, and even those who have on passing used the object, and what has been done with it. MEMORY TRACE QUESTS AND MISSIONS The mission is unlocked after The War Within for lore purposes Players will then be able to go in the Quest menu to seek out a special Memory Trace Quest Memory Trace Quest of a specific Warframe can only be completed by player using that specific Warframe to make it feel that they are diving into the past and lore of their Warframe Each Warframe has a special Memory Trace Quest attached to them where players get to see and relive special events in the Warframe timeline based on which Warframe they are using Memory Trace with Unlike past Quests, when you start a Memory Trace Quest, the weapon loadout is already set for the Warframe during the quest POSSIBLE REWARDS FROM THE MEMORY TRACE QUEST Core Reward for completing a Warframe's Memory Trace Quest is to have the ability for that Warframe to fight and protect the player whenever you enter the Operator Mode. In this reward, once entering the Operator Mode the Warframe will fight and protect the Operator much like how the Specters behave. However there can be new additional buffs added to your Operator mode if the Warframe you eject from has completed its Memory Trace Mission Another possible reward is to unlock a new "hidden ability" for your Warframe. This unique 'Perceptive Power' could be a new additional passive power your Warframe has access to once you have completed the EXAMPLES OF MEMORY TRACE MISSIONS FOR WARFRAMES AND THE POSSIBLE REWARDS Spoiler Excalibur Memory Trace Lore: The Operator uses Memory Trace to explore the memory of the Orokin's first attempt to use the first Warframe to defeat invading Sentients. If there is some liberty for me to do so, I would not mind adding in such a feature.

Archonos23
This is very interesting indeed, I love the idea of giving the operator more power (or varying them). Love the Warframe Perceptive Powers as well, but most of all, giving each frame a quest to deepen their story is much needed (especially the older ones that is only acquired as drops from bosses). +

(XBOX)ashes of suvius
I really love the idea. The warframe fighting for u while ur in tenno mode is a perfect reward for this. Some of the extra abilities seem a bit far fetched, I think the frame fighting Is a fitting reward already, but regardless, really good concept.
