Hey! Here my wishlist, but to add some nuance;
I am fairly new to the game but really loving it, I've been playing almost 200 hours in the last 2 or so weeks.. you do the math.
But being restricted in both money and time, this event could really help me enjoy Warframe even more.

Warframe slots especially would help me so much! It's what I wish the most, since I spent the 50 plats I had to get 2 more slots, but I need alot more.. I don't want to sell frames to level up! :(

Ayyee, I gifted you a noggle. Now give me Karma everyone! I need to fill the void that is my life.  
As for what I want. I want memes and perhaps a Ember noggle to turn this into a noggle train.
