Did I get scammed? Kavat imprints not appearing.

So, I bought smeeta imprints to create a beautiful kavar for myself. Except, when I'm supposed to choose the imprints, the imprints are not available for choosing. When I look at my imprints, the imprints are visible, they are there in the list. But when I have to choose them, they do not appear and not possible to be selected.

I have created a ticket but did not get a useful response. I got some message that they have a lot of stuff to do (which is understandable with the holidays and whatnot).

So, did the guy who sold me the imprints scammed me? Or is this some bug?

Should I just sell the imprints to the next sucker? I somehow feel bad about it, yet, this way I'm the one who lost platinum.

Just seems like a bug, Have you tried logging out then back in?

im sure you tryed relogging and whatnot

so the only idea i have is that the imprints you got are form the old bug where kubrows and kavats could be mixed
it could be that the kavat imprints you got are actually kubrow imprints
check the small icon on the imprint to be sure

if you have all the recourses to start an incubation and it still wont show up your best bet is to wait for a support reply

if it does not work wait for an actual response from support. the message you got is automatic and sent when you have to expect a few days of waiting before an answer

Are you sure you are selecting kavat breeding and not kubrow breeding?

afaik yes

but since it´s a bug im never sure

and some items that are supposed to be untradable remained tradable

an example is the old emp aura (released with a bug in 11.6 or 10.6 i always mix those two up)
there are around 8 different hotfixes claiming that emp aura is untradable
but the ones that where traded just once remained tradable
only the ones that have never been traded became untradable
my guess is that the same could have happend here with the catdog imprints

Also no, you can buy it, just can't use for breeding.

P.S. Kyanzes, do you actually see how this imprints looks like? Anyway, i don't think it's scam. You get funny rare thing. Scamming is then somebody told you can actually use it.

some can look exactly like a "healthy" kavat but be really a kubrow

OP post a pic of the prints, I can tell you if theres any obvious signs of it being a mutant (Like an energy colour that only kubrows should have etc)

Here's the kavat whose imprints won't be recognized. I was told it was a legit smeeta that I should be able to create for myself so I could use the smeeta benefits and I paid plats for it. Please note that I had no way to look at the imprint before buying.
