Xardis
It has a Grineer logo. Either they steel those from them (not very probable since Corpus are way more advanced in tech) or they are too lazy to change the logo of their enemies.
Sziklamester
There is no sense in drops anyways just randomly chosed by devs what they drop. like nano spores, plastids, neurodes should be drop by the infested but there is no map where these 3 drops alltogether. All is a mess.
(PSN)Shaun-T-Wilson
Zenuka project research, then sell it off to grineer
(PSN)BrutalReaper32
in the case of jupiter, it may be because you are in a robot fabric, so neural sensors may be an important part to make robotic proxies. Also, you can find them in the Kuva Fortress, Additionaly I think that maybe the corpus think it's cheaper to buy neural sensors from the grineer than make them by themselves xD
-Narauko-
The factions used/still do move and conquer planets. Not sure if the factions are still swapping but it used to be Grineer planet if I recall correctly, think it was one of the first events. There is also the case that resource drops aren't connected to faction at all and faction owning planets is mere coincidence.

And even if you account for this, there are no Neural Sensors on Europa yet Raptor specificly can drop it. What I mean is: both factions use those, so both can produce it. Buying it from Grineer would be a dumb move one the Corpus part - they may sometimes be trading but a constant influx of funds to your only competitor just coz you are too lazy to produce a key product is a very, very dangerous move. You let Grineer grow and you depend on their mercy to allow you to procude your robots. Even if it is cheaper to buy them from Grineer, producing it bu themselves would prove more beneficial to Corpus in the long run. This may be a bit nitpicky but is it so hard to make 2 variant graphics for those? One like it is now and the other with Corpus logo. This is probably a pic of a refurbished one which has been customized by a grineer.
(PSN)robotwars7
Corpus trade resources with the Grineer, and the chances are they may find use for some of the enemy's tech: nothing wrong with scavenging if you think you can put "liberated" materials to good use. people say they buy them, but that depends on what the nature of the trade is: the Grineer would be more than happy to throw away Neural Sensors if it meant they could have new weapons tech in return. otherwise the Corpus forces still grab what they can without paying, because then anything you make is profit.
