Is clip size among riven mod downsides?

I`ve never seen clip size, only magazine size, it could be that it is just rare though.

Multishot, Critical / Critical Damage, Damage, zoom, Magazine, Recoil, Fire Rate and Reload speed yes.

Edit: I see what confused you. A few sentences above this chart reads: There are 24 unique, randomisable stats and therefore 24 prefixes/cores and 24 suffixes. It should be noted that negative effects are not represented by the name.

This is saying, in far too confusingly, that these are the 24 stats that can be modified, negative or positive.

I had a -70% slash on my dread, but that's the only time I had a damage decrease. Dunno if it exists for elemental damage, but I would guess it does.

Dont woryr I got it covered with 2 rivens. Uploading screenshots in a minute

 

-mag cap on kulstar which im still working on to get multishot and dmg.

 

and my vectis one;

(yes this make vectis prime 1 bullet magazine reload. with point strike 100.3% crit chance)

The OP is specifically asking about negative stats, not positive. I believe he knows what the positives are but is asking if the negatives have any differences.

Edit: Just to elaborate, what the Wiki has is the correct information, the chart was just named misleadingly. It should have been: The 24 stats and their positive suffixes.
