What is the best loadout for the tenno specters currently?

IMO, except for the Valkyr Specter, a Mag specced for Magnetize can basically nuke the majority of them.

the only important thing i'd say would be that giving them Weapons with innate Punch-Through can be really helpful due to their AI aiming.

A Valkyr modded for what and with which weapons?

Valkry with max armor and health, with a latron prime. The ai aiming makes the latron's 7x crit multiplier hit like a truck

I just go for Valkyr Prime with any form of AoE weapon. Usually I'll use one that can cause knockdown. Currently I'm using the Zarr on her and whenever I summon one she does some good work.

so that is the loadout...but what about specter level? wouldnt that affect what abilities they can use?

As far as I know, Specters don't take any of your mods into consideration - you only get their base stats. Same applies to weapons - no mods, and no crit chance. They don't ever run out of ammo, but reload speed still applies.

Valkyr Prime best for raw armor, but she sometimes pulls enemies in with her ripline that you might really prefer to keep at arms length. My preferred specter is always a Rhino, usually with a Tigris Prime. I do also have one with a Burston Prime that seems fairly effective. Galatine prime makes for an excellent melee for them - looks awesome, and he always enjoys blocking with it, which looks really amusing. Also, I haven't really seen the need to bring anything other than a vapor specter out on the highest sorties - they seem to survive to the end in 95% of the cases, and they're cheap to build.
