Depends on your play style. I do good with Steel Charge because I tend to dodge bullets rather than taking them. If you like tanky frames, I think it worth switching to Rejuvenation.

In my opinion, his innate regent plus his near invincibility once you get going is enough that you don't need it. I personally have Steel Charge, but I might switch to Energy Siphon.

no - he's got so many ways to heal himself that its not needed

also it regenerates health way too slow for frame like that

No. Forma for corrosive projection/shield disruption. By far the best auras for anyone going for endless. and if you're not, then it doesn't even matter because that's really the only challenging thing in this game

No. His innate regen is so big I don't think you would notice much difference. You're better off using a damage increase aura, like Steel Charge for those juicy mod points.

Do you really need a +3 health regen when you already have +13 innate, and lots more with abilities?

Once you get some experience playing Nidus you will realize he has very little need for outside sources of healing.  His 3rd makes him very difficult to kill, his 4th heals exponentially better than Rejuvenation and gathering stacks with 1 and 2 will become second nature.

After a while you will have plenty of stacks to heal with 4 or just ignore damage with 3, also he has innate healing regen that feels like it is actually faster than the aura anyway.  Although it would certainly boost that regen, I feel the aura itself would be a waste in long term usage.
