So everytime im doin long run survival with him even tho i keep blinding them i still need a way to get my hp back up i though bout skana purity but found out thats nerfed and i dont think skana can be an endgame melee with exalted blade(if you dont agree what 8mods are u using cuz i tried them all), and yeah could use some help with ways to get hp for exca..

Life strike and it works with exalted abilities that's melee

Life Strike (+ Rage) is the obvious go-to for Excalibro,
Medi-Ray does the trick pretty nicely in many cases (yay Inaros),
you could e.g. bring a Furis or some other Syndicate healing blast weapon(s)
and if all else fails, put Large Team Health Restores on a hotkey.
