0 xXRampantXx
I assume you mean one takes longer/ more affinity to level than the other? If so, than no, there is not difference.
0 Marine027
You gain XP with the gear you use most. Kill With Frame, Frame gets teh XP, kill with Primary, Priamry gets XP and so on. Team kills in Affinity range, to see on the Tenno symbol in the top right corner, will give mainly XP to with what the Teammate killed and remaining XP go to the rest of your equip. And no Prime and Normal Frame ahve no difference in XP, both need the same amount like every Frame.

If you kill stuff with a Warframe ability, then yes, 100% of the Affinity goes to the Frame. If you kill stuff with a weapon, 50% of the Affinity goes to that weapon and 50% to the Frame. Shared Affinity from ally kills is spread among your gear with the method of killing being of no concern, 25% goes to the Frame and 75% is split equally among your weapons (so if you e.g. only have one weapon equipped, it'll get the full 75%). Thank you, i keep forgetting the exact numbers of those.
