I thought it was a value bug where i thought i had zero but it appears that i have still those cores in my inventory. i am just so close to the next level like 300 more standing. But Cores/Gems you got after the patch can be traded. I had 9 Cores in my inventory, but could only trade 6/9. The 3, not trading I got before the patch.
