    This is intended platinum on switch will remain segregated from the other environments. I suspect this is due to something on Nintendo's part (my guess they just don't want to play ball)

    The servers have been crashed and DE is working on fixing it. Basically everyone is trying to login/merge at the same time effectively DDOSing the servers

    It's not a bug it's stated on the FAQ for cross-save that the Excalibur prime and such are locked to PC. Also the reason that it's loading a different prime when you go to equip excal on console is it defaults to the first prime you acquired other then excal that you still own.

    I can confirm this all I had to do when merging all of my accounts Tuesday was remember my Nintendo login info (thank the gods for password books)

    What you are describing sounds like you linked your console accounts to the PC account not merged then. Linking will overwrite the secondary account.

    Set the primary account as the one that is the clan leader or promote another account to the clan leader

    No problem, I enjoy helping others and if I can prevent even one person from losing progress due to an mistake they make in account linking I'm happy.

    He would need to make a PC account then when the rollout hits console players link his Xbox account to the new PC account selecting the Xbox account as the primary account (in linking the primary account is the one who's progress is kept and the secondary account is overwritten). It is CRITICAL that they set the XBOX account as the primary account as doing otherwise will see all progress on the Xbox account lost including any premium purchases.

    no the platinum will not transfer the switch has its own plat total separate from pc, xbox, and playstation. my guess is that nintendo didnt want to play nice

    i was expecting account names to be unified based on what you picked as your primary account but low and behold its not and my name is different depending on which system im playing on which is weird

    thats weird but my advice is submit a support ticket and they should beable to fix it. best of luck

    everything seems to have went smoothly on my end too just merged my pc(main), and xbox accounts and linked my switch ID so if i want i can play anywhere. only thing i can really say is wow load times on switch are kinda bad but anything is better then my potato of a PC
