Even running 4 Radiants, that's a .37% chance (or just over 1 in 300) occurrence (actually less, .37 is chance of 3 or more rares).  That's not something you should see "fairly often".

Running 4 Intact, that's .00315% or just under 1 in 30,000 (again, 3 or more).
