Sometimes can not captur a single enemy. and Repelling Bastille (mod) Enemies often penetrate. This happens often when there are many enemies. I was trying to re-level my Vauban recently and noticed that my bastille has not been collecting any enemies recently, except 1 or 2 if they are within range upon initial casting. Makes LoR a pain in the arse to bloody EV anything and seriously needs to be fixed. Vauban is an amazing cc frame, but recently I'm having to kick people from my raids due to it. His passive sucks, unless your squad is joined at the hip, and his minelayer ability as well as his tesla grenades are both useless. He needs more armor and his first 2 abilities are useless. He's too much of a one-trick pony right now with effectively no passive at all. But powers that do not even function is another level of issue.
