Gemoroda
ive recently played "the glast gambit" and i think one map there (the first, at least so far) has something more maps should have (especialy eidolon). Friendly mpc. something to make the land more populated by people that recognize tannos that explore it. (corpses/captured/working/wandering locals). basic idea. DeMonkey
A bounty stage where you defend a group of Ostrons maybe? Perhaps a gear item to call in 4 Ostrons whilst on the plains to help out. Could be kinda fun, I agree that the NPC's play a big part in the immersion of that mission.

(PSN)watt4hem
An aucti- oh.. What gives? Yeah, the first part of the quest was fun. It was different.
OoKeNnEtHoO
Yeah, the game universe should be more fleshed out with friendly or neutral NPCs. It really is kinda wierd for friendly or neutral NPCs to appear only in 4 or 5 places in the entire solar system.
lll___l_____
Friendly NPCs are especially needed on the plain, where we are now surrounded even from the above, by gunfire and ugly faces.
(PSN)Tactless_Ninja
I was titillated at the idea of defending innocent bystanders from their violent oppressors but then I remembered it would boil down to spamming healing spells then waiting for 5 minutes. Obviousclone
did you know that in invasions you get supported by corpus/grineer? They kind of do exist and also if you really like making friendly npcs the focal point of a mission, you can always play defection ()
Gemoroda
Yea. But im not talking about making the friendly mpcs the focus of the mission. Just be there on key point, like pedestrians either hiding and stepping out when you clear the area (not map) of enemies, or seeing them do random stuff (cleaning helping eachother) on different places, but without having impact on the gameplay. Theyre sole purpose there would be to "animate" the world a little (it does seem like the grineer etc enemyes are there just randomly) to cheer or make notice of the players. No other interaction or game changing mechanics or either getting involved in the fight. Just pure cosmetics/animated cosmetics... I dont really know how to explain it other than people randomly scatered around the map in groups hiding or not depending on the zone status, and saing stuff like "they came" "they saved us" things that the player can hear and get a sense of acomplishment.
