Weapon ammo

Ammo pick ups should note ammo as either Primary or Secondary ammo. It doesn't make sense to pick up 20 rifle ammo for my bow.

I think they want it more generic in the pickup scroll? So when useing a crossbow, instead of "20 rifle ammo". it says "20 primary ammo".

Shotgun - Rifle - Sniper -> all primary weapon ammo types with different drop rates, sniper ammo being rarest. Generalizing it would be more confusing. Personalizing the pickup text based on weapon type would be more practical, as the game separately identifies rifle - shotgun - bow - sniper(based on some special-operation/mission requirements).
