Do you ever see it as a host if it occurs while playing in a squad? Or only as a client? Has this been a problem for a long time? Or did it start with a specific update? Thanks to everything reported in this thread, we have been able to reproduce this crash on our end, and we are currently working on a fix. Unfortunately, we do not yet have an ETA on a fix, but I can assure you that it's very high on our list.

As a follow-up, would it be possible to upload a video clip of you fighting some enemies with Kullervo? We're still having trouble reproducing this crash, so we'd just like to see if we're missing something.

Hi everyone, just a heads up, we've been able to reproduce this stuttering on our end. I can confirm that it appears to be related to the Panzer Vulpaphyla. Unfortunately, I do not yet have an ETA on when this will be fixed, but we'll try to have this cleaned up promptly.

Hi Ksape9901, do you see a popup window after these crashes? Or does the game close without any popups? If you do see one, then could you please share the WAR-#### that appears on the last page of that window? It should look something like this: If you don't see the crash report window, please submit a support ticket with a copy of your EE.log that was taken after the game crashed. You can find your log files by reopening the game after it has crashed, clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the launcher, and selecting Get Logs. Once you have your log files, please submit them in a support ticket here with any information related to the crash. We're having some trouble reproducing these crashes on our end, so either a WAR-#### or your log files will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We're working on a fix for Warframes moving slower than usual in The Circuit, but we've not yet encountered this issue with Zephyr outside of Duviri. Can you please give us some more details about this? You mentioned it occurred outside of Duviri. Do you remember which planet or tileset you were in? Which game mode? Or even the name of the player who was using Zephyr? Any additional information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

0% GPU usage is definitely not intended. Do you happen to have your monitor connected to your motherboard? If you do, you might want to connect it directly to your GPU and see if that improves things. If everything is working as intended, can you please send us a support ticket with a copy of your EE.log? You can do this by closing the game, opening the Warframe launcher, clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the launcher, then selecting "Get Logs." Once you have your logs, please send them in a support ticket, and we can continue from there. Thanks!

This looks like it could be an issue with your GPU (or GPU drivers.) You mentioned that you updated your drivers, but have you tried using a program like Display Driver Uninstaller to remove any trace of your previous drivers before updating to the latest? If you'd like to give that a try, you can find it here, and we recommend you use the "Clean and restart" option. Can you please share the WAR-#### that appears on the last page of that crash window? Once we have that, we'll be able to investigate further. It should look something like this:

Even with an older CPU, an RTX 3070 shouldn't have any problems with water splashes. When you have a moment, could you please take an F6 screenshot of a spot where you notice performance suffers, then attach that screenshot to a post in this thread? Do you notice these performance drops the first time you load into a mission? Or does it seem to get worse over time? Can you tell us where on the starchart you've seen these performance drops occur? Does performance improve if you load into a mission with a different Warframe/weapons? Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
