    Not many have responded because, during the time everyone was speculating whether we would ever get melee-gun combos, lots of people latched onto the idea of custom akimbo (dual) secondaries. Lots of people have already had their say in the matter (and a majority say "yes"), so they don't see the need to reply to another thread with the same idea.

     

    People still like the idea, though, you just have to be a bit quicker next time.

  2. I think they're just referring to some mods being more essential than others.

     

    Streamline has a higher priority than Intruder since it's 75,000% more useful. 

     

    Or, it could be the Sentinel Precepts - putting their specific mods in different orders will prioritize them. Putting Warrior in the top-left slot of Wyrm's mod slots with Crowd Dispersion in the top-right slot will result in Wyrm shooting when he can more than using his CC ability. That's what's supposed to happen anyway, but he never uses his short-range ability when enemies are close by, he just shoots them since that has the higher priority.

  3. I think they should make it so if all players go into the fight section that when the timer is ticking down and at the 3 second mark if all players are in the fight section of the match that it should start the match and not tick down to 1 letting a player or players to bail out.

    Then they would just switch their choice at the 3 second mark. The only difference is that you would have 3 extra seconds to curse them, wallow in despair, or gape in surprise before the sh**storm arrived.

     

    Maybe asking the players how many waves they can actually go would help, if only a little.

  4. Endgame Re-defined thread #3-hundred-and-something.

    Usually the endgame revolve around raiding,achievement ''hunting'' and boss raids.The endgame should grow and change overtime and should not stay stagnant it should always push the players to the limit.

    I'd say it's growing and changing into something feasible at this moment.

    3. Well, I don't know about you, but it doesn't seem like Tenno can carry every single Void Key, Mod, and Prime Part they have; it's a lore/logic issue.

    5. People will sell warframes for 15-30 plat. That's WAY cheaper than the market and would take a lot of income away from DE. But why would you ruin your gameplay experience like that anyway?

    Scott directly stated what the Dark Sectors would be expanded into. I should go find that thread.

     

    The following post from Dev (in the context of a reply to a thread) gives a glance at some points to make the system overall more engaging.

     

    "We are working quickly to expand on this system - random stuff that is coming (that may miss the mark on some of your concerns but here goes):

    -New game mode, potentially with vs. to make it more interesting and challenging to play contested sectors.

    -Rail strategies in the from of types (nuke rail, as destabilizing force), as well as strength/weakness rail types to create some strategy in the planning and deployment phase.

    -Troop preparation mechanics based on the rail strength/weakness you're attacking.

    -Some amount of tactical responsiveness at rail level when being attacked (accessories you can build for your rail and deploy to bolster).

    -Some grief reduction in battle pay baiting.

    -Tenno Specter enhancements as well as the potential for individuals to build a 'simulacrum' object that captures their current load out and then is available by tacticians to deploy as Specters in a specific tower.

    -Fix the damn 'first to click' as you mentioned.

     

    Longer term, it goes wider:

    -Use the Dojo building (with UI improvements) to make the gameplay spaces players attack (ala Dungeon Keeper) to increase variety and fun.

    -Faction invasions of Dark Sectors to widen the conflict.

    -Some Lore and "ritualization" of all of these conflicts to address some of the 'Why are Tenno fighting Tenno'... expanding on Tenno as Warrior culture and making it easier for people to accept the cultural ramifications of this game mode.

    -Road-building expansion of Dark Sectors (in that building a rail potentially reveals another Dark Sector beyond).

    -These Dark Sectors will become the Frontier when the new faction invades (dramatic music).

     
  8. People are complaining about EVERY new weapon being clantech. 

    We don't need every single weapon to be Clantech. Only the best ones ought to be clantech, if you ask me. 

    Around U11/Last fall, people were begging DE for more clantech. It was a daily thread.

     

    So, DE decided to give them what they wanted.

     

    Edit: Now, people, like Bob said, are begging DE for market BPs. MAKE UP YOUR MIND COMMUNITY!

  9. Or maybe make them tradable as they'll then have value with a catalyst in them...

    You know people will start selling potato'd & forma'd weapons for 15 plat. That's cheaper than buying a single catalyst/reactor from the market, and would basically reduce DE's income.

     

    Though, there isn't really a shortage of opportunities to get Catalysts, Reactors, or Formae; You can play casually and get 10 catalysts in 8 months. (I speak from experience.)
