Finally got mine as well (also missing Grendel)! Now I'm only short Revenant and Excal Prime (obviously that's never happening though).

The only link provided to buy tickets was the one to Warframes site, not Eventbrites. After tickets didn't go live at 11am I checked Eventbrite and there was NOTHING. I searched Tennocon, Warframe, Digital Extremes, etc and NOTHING came up on their site. There was no way to access the event directly through them without a link.

So as a follow up: I spoke to Megan at TennoVIP last weekend and asked her about it! She said that it's been the bane of her existence (lol) and that they had to push ahead with Dante so the noggles got sidetracked. She said she's gonna work on getting them out once the Dante release has settled out and things calm down so hopefully REALLY soon!

I'm honestly so f**king LIVID about the whole situation!! I took off work to make sure I had time and a solid internet connection to be able to shoot for the legendary ticket or the VIP at least. I blew a solid payday just to end up with nothing because a handful of people managed to screw the system. Myself and the dozen or so friends who were online for tickets didn't get squat, we've all reached out to our other WF friends and groups and not a SINGLE person was able to get a VIP ticket. At this point it's clear it was either bots or a leak. I'm amazed there isn't a loyalty system for Tennocon like other conventions have. If you've been to the con before and your account is in good standing you should be able to get tickets in advance. New York Comic Con/Anime NYC have been doing this for years! I got a VIP ticket last year and was at TennoVIP last weekend and never thought this would be an issue. For the record, I had the WF site open in one tab and Eventbrite open in another and at no point did Eventbrite show the event until long after the WF site did, you would have had to have a direct link to the event to get tickets.

So at this point it's March and still no noggles. I've tried asking about it in multiple livestreams but either the question is being ignored or drowned out by the rest of chat. I sent in a ticket last week and just received this answer and a link to this thread like everyone else: "We appreciate your anticipation, but please note that there has not been an announcement yet regarding Prime Noggles. As you can see in this Forum thread, there are others who are anticipating them as well: Prime noggles - Players helping Players - Warframe Forums Please keep an eye on the Forums for an official announcement. Thank you for your patience and for your continued support!" It's a little ridiculous at this point. Many of us purchase the packs instead of grinding out the frames to support DE and because the prime noggles were only accessible by purchasing them. I really hope we see them soon.

Update: I max ranked my Atlas Prime and it unlocked the card. Hopefully it's fixed so those who only have his basic frame can acquire it.

I have a max rank Atlas (regular not prime) but when I go into his Leverian and check behind the rumbler there's no Prex card. (I confirmed with multiple YouTubers and friends that it's behind the right Rumblers left shoulder so I know that's not the issue.) I've tried restarting the game multiple times, checked both on Switch and PC, and ran a few missions to see if there was a synch issue. Still nothing. I've looked online but can't seem to find anyone else having this issue.

I'm hoping that's all it is and if so that they fix it soon. I paid extra for this ticket and 5 days in I still can't access the stuff I was promised.

UPDATE: So I found another support ticket link on the page where I purchased the Tennocon tickets from and they responded within the hour and fixed my account. It seems to have been an issue with my main account recognizing the ticket but the store account not recognizing it. I know there's only 75 of us who purchased VIP tickets to Tennocon but I'm trying to see if anyone else who bought one is having issues purchasing from the early access merchandise store. Even though I received the early merch link for being a VIP ticket holder when I click it all the exclusive items are listed as Unlockable and each listing states "You must be eligible to purchase." I am logged into my account through the main WF page and merch store so that's not the issue and they utilize the same email I bought my VIP ticket with. I've even tried logging out and in again multiple times on multiple devices but no luck. I've been trying to reach support since Friday when I first received the link but all I keep getting is these basic automated suggestions in return. I've tried logging in from a different computer, phone, tablet, and browser, using incognito mode, waiting etc etc. Nothing is working! The last response even had the audacity to say "we wish you luck with making your purchase!" Are you kidding me?!? How about helping me out instead!!!! This is WILDLY infuriating given these were the second most expensive tickets after the single legendary ticket and the only ones that gave the early access. What's the point of spending $150 on something to not receive it and be completely blown off by the support team?!?! I'm really hoping to get some answers before Friday when the early access ends otherwise I'm asking for a refund.
