  1. Sedna is rolling in Rubedo. Kappa is really good for joining random groups and leveling up/grinding.

     

    Sedna will also provide Alloy which you'll need for weapons, frames, and helmets.

  2. Currently, magazine capacity mods are useless with the exception of the shotgun in which they are arguably required. The base cost for equipping the mods should be dropped to 2 PP to reflect the usefulness of the mods.

     

    Currently, the only weapons magazine mods are useful on are high capacity weapons like the Gorgon and Ak Furis, but the cost far outweighs the meager benefit it gets from these weapons.

  3. The point wasn't about getting any extra; it was about giving a presentation of DE's work so players have something to go off of. 20 is a small enough fee and if people had some thing grounded to see what DE could do, it may encourage them to invest more in the game.

     

    That being said, might as well close this thread...it's devolved to random trolling. 

  4. If it is possible for DE to do so, Dark Sector could be added to the Disciple Founder's Package to encourage more sales and give people what is essentially a port folio for DE. Warframe already takes a good bit of inspiration from Dark Sector ( http://www.giantbomb.com/articles/closing-digital-extreme-s-psychic-wound/1100-4555/ ), and I doubt DE is making a large profit on it at this point if any, so adding Dark Sector could also help show people, in-part, the direction the game is going.

  5. you said it yourself. a pure sniping rifle just doesnt fit the game.

     

    even with those changes the other rifles out preform it in all the ways that matter.

     

    "sniping range" just doesnt pay off. 

     

    also consider that with those changes you just turned the snipetron into a lex. and the lex still has better mods.

    Nothing wrong with being a more powerful lex :p

  6. Make the zoom optional. It is a nice touch, but it makes the weapon virtually unusable at anything other than long range, but the fast pace of the game rarely keeps enemies at long range.

    The zoom also makes the recoil SO much more noticeable and it makes the weapon generally just harder to use. Edit: Just noticed that if someone is using a shcindo, the snipetron becomes unusable because of the screen shake from it.

    The idea of a pure snipe rifle in a fast paced action game just doesn't stand up to other weapons and it makes this gun which would be relatively good pale in comparison.

     

    Additionally, snipetron specific mods, namely split chamber. The snipetron, because of its low fire rate and clip size, should be able to get 100% multi-shot. Currently, split-chamber is balanced for the other high RoF/high capacity rifles, but this does not fit for the Snipetron.

  7. When coloring items, the part of the item that can't be colored shouldn't have an option to color it. This is another minor issue, but it would be a nice touch when coloring weapons that would make the game feel more polished. 

  8. The health and shields should be displayed separately on the HUD. This, while a minor issue, makes it harder to prioritize enemies in the heat of battle.The issue becomes more evident when fighting a group of heavies, being interrupted  and losing track of which one you were shooting at. 

  9. It could go in the bottom left screen, below the chat box, which is currently empty. This would make team work a lot easier because players could easily see who they need to support without having to pause mid-game and check the health bars. 

    Additionally, the HUD health bar should also display shields beside the health bar and not over time of them like it currently is when looking at an enemy.
