  1. About a month ago I reached out to support due to cross save issues. My issues and request were as follows: I can no longer trade with any Playstation players, regardless if they have enabled cross save and cross play - tested both. My original Playstation forum account is gone; I can only log into my new pc member forum account. I would like for my in game account to revert back to the way it was, I am no longer interested in cross save, and I would also like my Playstation forum account back. Support Desk Response: "To be able to trade with Tennos across platforms, both players will need a Cross Platform Save Account and have Cross Platform Play enabled via the in-game settings." With such a response, I can only assume that my request was not read, and a general reply was provided in order to simply close the request. Or, perhaps this is a support bug. These changes have permanently altered my playstation account as I can no longer trade with any of my friends (regardless if they have enabled cross save/play), and my decade long forum account is gone. To make matters worse, the means to revert accounts back were never provided. Also note worthy: the Warframe cross platform save page did not provide any warning pertaining to the restrictions of cross save, that information is on another page. So far as I know, this is the worst cross save game implementation. It's difficult to believe that DE actually thought this through and decided it was a good idea.
  2. It's been 18 days since my ticket but they reached out twice via email apologizing for the delay. They also mentioned on stream that things would get busy around the holidays. Pretty sure they'll get the accounts fixed eventually, not much we can do till then.
  3. Playstation player here. Enabled cross save, set Playstation as primary, 2FA check. Can not trade with any other Playstation players, I tried with players who activated cross save, and with players who haven't. I tried to trade with a PC player, just to see if it was possible, but no good. Also, I can no longer log on to my Playstation account here on the website, I cant even find it. This is my PC Member alias... I submitted a support ticket, I hope they can just revert my account back to the way it was.
  4. Same issue. No matter how I log in here its always on my pc account. I set playstation as primary.
  5. Same happened to me. PS player, enabled cross save with PC, set PS as my main account, now says im a PC member and using pc alias. Also can not trade with anyone. What I believe happened is that the website applies the account the merger was activated from, and not the account set as primary, in regard to alias setting. This is because I had to update my password on my PC account, and when that was done I set cross save up while I was logged in my pc account, but I did set Playstation as my primary.
  6. PS player here. Enabled cross save with Playstation acct as primary... now says im a pc member... cant trade with anyone on ps or pc, not even with players who have cross save enabled like me... regrets. Happy Holidays everyone!
