It's weird when you do a "Pursue Umbra" mission and your playing as umbra. Cus of umbra's passive ability he can fight umbra without operator. just really weird. Because yeah, you can be “Umbra before you get Umbra” if you are replaying the quest. His non dependence on an operator makes him great for many things, this is just one. Firetempest Posted November 25, 2018 Share Posted November 25, 2018 (edited) I equipped him before being told to equip him. So I saved him as my default chosen frame. Exiting arsenal I was then prompted to select umbra and get the cutscene to mission transition. I was in umbra hunting umbra. And that was first time through the quest.
