What if we had Rivens for warframes and pets?

A better, and I would say, more interesting idea, would be to expand upon and rebalance the pool of 'corrupted mods' (Blind Rage, Fleeting Experties, etc.). Have ones for frames that affect stats other than Strength, Efficiency, Duration, and Range. Such as Armor, Health, Speed, parkour maneuvers and so on. I would sooner have that than an introduction of Rivens frames/pets.

Sure, i always wanted to reduce my Banshee's EHP to one point with mods and dragon keys just for the lolz, but if there's a benefit and can be used for minmaxing to build the ultimate glass cannon, even better.

DE has taken great pains to balance frame(or nerf - depending on your point of view).  Rivens would undo all of that. The ONLY way it could possibly work would be if they worked like Corrupted Mods. A mandatory down side equal to the upside.

DE already said it would never happen (for warframes) because it would break the entire games balance.
