Seperating it would limit matchmaking for the anomaly, (its because it rotates as it does - people fluck onto the mission node and get matched) not getting matched for a railjack mission would suck Plus to farm it would mean potentially getting all the shards in 1 day, burning yourself out and than never returning back to the mission node.
